Last Thursday 22nd June 2023, the Defence Forces CIS/Signal Corps celebrated a 100-year anniversary – all serving and retired members, who had served in a PDF/RDF CIS/Signal Corps Unit, were invited, as their previous service is part of the celebration.

Here are some pictures from the ceremony, featuring veterans and ONE members from the Patrick Sarsfield Branch (Limerick) including Gerry O’Doherty, Declan Garvey, and Des Collins all in uniform. They are pictured with 
Brigadier General Rossa Mulcahy, Assistant Chief of Staff, Director of CIS Colonel M. Staunton and recently retired Sgt Major 12 Inf Bn, Stan Hurley.
