“Hello All Stations, All Stations, This is Ø, Radio Check Over”

Today, the 15th of January is known as ‘Blue Monday’ – It is a myth, there is no factual data but to some, it could be the most depressing day of the year and to others, it’s just another Monday.

If you need help, assistance or advice reach out to a friend, family or a buddy – turn Blue Monday to ‘Brew Monday’ and call a friend for a tea or coffee – they may need it too!

Samaritans Ireland’s advice is Blue Monday is “Brew Monday”! Getting back to work after Christmas has become known as “Blue Monday”, as people can be a bit fed up after all the festivities over the holiday period. So Samaritans have renamed it “Brew Monday”, and it’s a chance to chat with us over a cuppa. http://www.samaritans.org/…/blue-monday-is-brew-monday/

ONE’s services are available to all veterans of the Irish Defence Forces and we also facilitate homeless veterans from other countries living in Ireland from time to time. ONE provides accommodation to veterans, who otherwise would be homeless, and has also created a nationwide network of Veteran’s Support Centres which provide various support services and access to resources here.
