The Charitable Donation Scheme allows tax relief on qualifying donations made to approved bodies. ONE is an approved body. A donation of €250 is potentially worth €362, as ONE can claim a refund of tax paid on this donation, resulting in an effective donation of €362.

The minimum donation allowable is €250 and the maximum is €1,000,000 in any one year. When an individual makes a qualifying donation they must complete one of the following forms to allow the approved body to claim the tax relief.

Enduring Certificate – CHY3 Cert is valid for a period of five years.
Annual Certificate – CHY4 Cert is valid for a period of one year.
