Hello, How Are You? is a campaign by Mental Health Ireland about connection and meaningful conversations surrounding mental health. Individuals, communities, workplaces, friends, and families to join us in saying ‘Hello’ and asking ‘How Are You?’ in a genuine and meaningful way.

Here’s how you can be part of the Hello, How Are You? day:

• Plan and register your event on our website: your event will be showcased on our interactive map for increased visibility. Plus, explore our resource page to download event posters and toolkits to facilitate your event planning process.
• Stay informed: Keep an eye open on our training and information session calendar for upcoming dates and opportunities, including a self-paced eLearning Training Module.

ONE’s primary objective is to support the needs of Irish veterans by the provision of accommodation to homeless and other veterans in need of such domestic accommodation in its Veterans’ Homes and the provision of other advice and support to veterans, in particular Mental Health advice, through its nationwide network of Branches and Veterans’ Support Centres.
