PREMIER PROPERTY GROUP are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Operative / Handyman/Multi Trade in the Meath & Leinster area.

TYPICAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

* Carry out planned maintenance, repairs, servicing and inspections as directed

* Identify and report the need for repairs.

* Ensure all maintenance records are kept to a comprehensive and high standard.

* Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Good knowledge of general maintenance

* Have strong problem solving and decision-making skills

* Be willing to be very flexible to work with and assist colleagues within the Maintenance department

* Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask.

* Ability to work well both on own initiative, and part of a team. * Previous work experience in a similar role preferred

ESSENTIAL:

* Safe Pass

* Manual Handling training

* Full Clean Drivers License

* Company vehicle and Diesel card provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: from €40,000.00 per year
