SLIEVENAMON 721m LITTLE EVEREST HILL WALK

Are you interested in hill walking up Slievenamon for charity on 28th July, and receiving a medal for it?

Slievenamon is a mountain with a height of 721 metres in County Tipperary, Ireland. It rises from a plain that includes the towns of Fethard, Clonmel and Carrick-on-Suir. The mountain is steeped in folklore and is associated with Fionn mac Cumhaill.

The Hill Walk is in aid of the Organisation of National Ex-Service Personnel (ONE), a Veterans Charity that supports Homeless Defence Forces Veterans, so, if possible, donate now or on the day for a great charity.

Hi, Stephen Hogan here, I’m organising a charity hill walk to support Homeless Defence Forces Veterans, the charity ONE, is a great organisation and very underfunded.

The reason I’m doing this charity hill walk event is because I’m also doing Mount Everest Base Camp in Nepal in April 2025, and I need to try and raise as much money as possible for ONE before I depart for Nepal.

I will be giving out medals on the day, so it will be an enjoyable morning, be prepared, bring, a packed lunch, wet gear, warm fleece, and sun cream, be prepared, charge your mobile also. If you can donate, please do. Contact No 085 204 2000

Donations can be made on Revolut to 085 204 2000 / @stephex6gh or by visiting https://oneconnect.enthuse.com/pf/mounteverestbasecamp

Location: Slievenamon Car Park to the top of Kilcash Village.

Date: 28th of July at 0900hrs sharp!
