The report of the Independent Review Group (IRG) established to examine issues relating to allegations of discrimination, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and any form of sexual misconduct in the Defence Forces published its report on 28 March 2023.  

Following this publication, ONE established an internal review group to examine this area and develop a Tac Aide in support of all VSC Welfare Officers and Branch members, if approached by a veteran impacted by the findings. Attached please find ONE’s Tac Aide that provides guidance to all ONE members and Welfare Officers if approached for support. 

In addition, ONE Head Office is available if further guidance is required on any issue associated with allegations of discrimination, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and any form of sexual misconduct related to service in the Defence Forces.
